Merry Christmas everyone! Melissa and I have put up all of our Christmas decorations except for the tree. You would think that a Christmas tree is a hard thing to lose, but it actually is not. We have it somewhere in our storage. I just need to dig it out. The biggest hindrance is our crazy cat Jack. Last year he successfully destroyed of all of our ornaments. He climbs up the tree picks them off and carries them down to the ground in his mouth where he plays with them until they break. We had a hot tip that water with just a little bit of ammonia would keep him away. I'm a little skeptical but very hopeful. Last year you could spray him with a complete water bottle. He would be up in the tree just purring away. Jack loves Christmas and his Christmas tree. Last week we had our pictures taken professionally for the first time since our wedding. Be on the lookout for new pictures in about a week. Melissa and I are both getting ready for finals, not fun but we are excited because the end of school is in sight. On December 20 we leave for San Francisco. Melissa's dad says that they are still able to heat up the pool and go swimming. That sounds really nice especially since a blizzard just moved in on us today during the Elder's Quorum footbal game (Don't ask the score. When you lose by over 40 pts it just hurts). Well I better go, Mel just got home. Stay tuned for more Oehring clan updates.
