Hello All. Well, in case you don't know, I'm taking a stress management here at BYU for the spring. Yesterday we talked about nutrition and stress and watched clips from a movie called "Super-Size Me". (If you wanna see it, you might wanna get the edited version). Anyway, this guy decides to eat ONLY McDonalds for a whole month--breakfast, lunch and dinner. He also cuts our exercise and just does what he has to to get around. Well, in 30 days he put on 30 pounds, and his major organ systems began to shut down! I won't go into detail, but the doctors said he'd die if he didn't stop this 'diet'. So, there you go--fast food is bad for you--it should be treated like a dessert and had only occasionally. How much you wanna bet he never eats McD's again??

Since when are you supposed to eat dessert only occassionally? I would die if I followed that! :) J/K I have heard about his experiment before, but I can't help it... I still like my fast food. :) (at least occassionally!)
