Okay. Melissa and I have wanted to have a baby for over two years now, and we have finally been blessed with it. Now I am scared silly. My only conforting fact is that they don't start out teenagers. I am guessing that Melissa is glad of that, too. If she is having dreams about having a 13 lb baby, then she would have a panic attack over having a teenager.
I sure wish that the stork would bring us an owners manual. If baby cries, then press here. If volume is too loud, then turn down the sound here. I understand the fuel goes here and exhaust comes out here part, but I have no idea where the oil goes. Why oh why doesn't the stork make two visits? One with a well documented owners manuel and the next with our baby. Can we get the extended warranty?

You are so right - if only the manual were delivered on time with the baby! But, as we know, babies are good teachers and you will be good students, I'm sure.
There is an owners manual that will get you through all the tough times of having a baby, raising your child, and teaching them exactly what they need to know!!! Just take a look at your scriptures when you're having a hard day. It may not specifically say, here's when to call the doctor, here's how to change a cloth diaper and put on plastic pants, but it will teach you all the stuff you need to know in order to be the kind of parents your SON (I voted boy) needs.
