At It Again

I've started running again. I am also cross-training with swimming two times a week. Yesterday I swam just under a mile. If the weather is too poor to run, then I also plan on swimming. I have two goals.

  1. Get in shape

  2. Lose weight

When I got back from my mission, I only weighed 125 lbs. For quite a while, I was going up pretty constantly (Mel and I learned how to make home-made cheese cake). I peaked out at 207 lbs last January (2006), and since then I have gotten myself down to 180 lbs. I'm not really sure what my end goal is. I want to be under 175 lbs for sure, because that is the upper limit for a healthy weight for someone my height. Other than that I am more interested in a life style change to eating smaller, healthier meals and daily exercise.

Oh and in case you hadn't noticed the picture has actually nothing to do with the post, but hey I figured people only come now to see pictures of Lindsey.

Yeah, when there is a picture posted of Lindsey the writing in the posts just kind of blurs into gibberish as I can't maintain any other sort of focus off of the cute picture! ;)
