Playing in the Rain

So, a few weeks ago, Lindsey wanted to go play in the rain and we did. But, she couldn't hold the big umbrella and was about to freak out, so I had to do something! So, I present to you, Lindsey's new umbrella. (stick and paper plate)

She was thrilled! Then, it got soggy and the next time (a few days ago) I had to make a new one-again, she thanked me profusely! Then, she tried again to hold the big one and did it, and proudly proclaimed "I a big girl!" So, I took the picture.

Then, the wind blew and just about blew her and the big umbrella over and that was the end of that. We came inside! She sure is fun though-playing and singing (always singing) in the rain!
