What's that smell?!

I'll admit it right now--keeping our home smelling good is a constant battle. I mean, people are smelly enough, but add our cat's litter box, two stinky dogs, and poopy diapers and it's one stink fest here. So, here's your chance to impart wisdom/unwarranted advice! I wanna know--what's the best way you've found to keep things smelling good?

If is possible add the CresceNet(www.provedorcrescenet.com) in your blogroll, I thank. Good bye friend.

Sorry I can't comment in a foreign language. :-) But, anyway, I sympathize with your problem and have thought a lot about it, too! You already do a good job with keeping things clean and using Febreze. Before the time of Febreze, I once read that a house smells good once you clean it thoroughly, take out all trash, air it out and then bake cinnamon rolls. Good advice if you can manage it (maybe cinnamon/clove/orange peel water simmering on the stove is less fattening)! Anyway, humidity makes the smells more intense. But try to open windows for at least a few minutes during the coolest part of the day; nothing beats those negative ions in fresh air. The rest I think you know - it just takes more "elbow grease" to get it done. So I sympathize with you in that it's just a lot of physical labor. It's worth it, though, so you're not afraid to have someone step inside your home.
How're plans for your fence going?

Bleach, scrub, vacuum, steam clean, wash, rinse, repeat.
