5:30am Get up. Go jogging for 30 minutes
6:00am Return home dripping in sweat. Literally. From head, to legs, to toes. Clothes are plastered to body and small dog is licking salty leg.
6:05am Shower. A cold, cold shower to cool off.
6:20am Try to dry off. Pull clothes on which still stick to body. Small dog still licks wet leg-though it's not as appealing as before.
6:30am-5:30am the next day: Remain indoors with AC on. Never completely dry off. Feel sticky forever.
REPEAT

Welcome to my world, growing up in Florida (and always frizzy hair)! When I discovered the low-humidity West, I wondered why so many people crowded onto the East and South coasts. This is too true to be funny but it IS funny b/c I'm out west.
eh, excercising is over-rated anyway.
Well, that makes me want to move east!
What can I possibly add to what you've written? A perfect description of one defective element of the south and east.
